Ashfaq (Adam) Rasheed

Ashfaq manages the global business development and accounts management for the company. He is also responsible for developing and leading the company into new and strategic lines of business. Prior to starting Excelize, Ashfaq has worked in Fortune 100 companies like Oracle, Netscape and others and has more than 12 year of Product Development and Global Operations experience. He brings a strong track record of delivering on challenging projects by managing teams spread across the globe and has successfully developed and managed large scale, enterprise level business applications and services involving customers worldwide.

He is passionate about Virtual Design & Construction (VD&C), Building Information Modeling (BIM), Lean Construction technologies and services and is leading the effort in developing specialized VD&C and BIM teams and services offerings for company along with his regular responsibilities. Ashfaq has a Masters degree from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka (KREC Suratkal), India.

Pratap Dhopte

Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer

Pratap has more than 10 years of work experience in United States and India with some of the top IT companies. He has successfully implemented and managed large scale business applications across multiple industries like Sourcing, Procurement, Finance,Manufacturing and Banking. Pratap's experience in Imaging and Scanning services brings a strong technical foundation to Excelize Inc. His communication, business development skills and can-do attitude are a positive asset for Excelize. Pratap has a Bachelor in Computer Engineering from India and is a life long student pursuing varied interests in technology and business management. Pratap has previously worked at Fortune 500 firms like Oracle, IA Corporation, HCL America and ComputerVision.

Sonali Dhopte

The Excelize US architecture team operations are managed by Sonali Dhopte. Sonali is an experienced professional with a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture degree from India and Interior Design degree from University of California, Berkeley . Sonali has more than 8 years of experience working in architecture and interior design firms in the US and India. She worked with the architectural firm of Hunt Hale Jones Architects in San Francisco, an award-winning architecture and planning firm specializing in the design of high quality buildings, homes and neighborhoods. Prior to that, Sonali worked as a designer with Northwood Industries, a premier manufacturer of high-end custom furniture. She is fluent in English and Hindi.

Vinay Girdhari

Operations Head, Aurangabad Office

Vinay Girdhari manages the operations at Excelize India. Vinay earned his bachelor's degree in Architecture from Aurangabad in 1994 and has been practicing as an architect in Aurangabad ever since. He has extensive experience in managing architectural projects for various commercial and residential buildings. Vinay also has strong project management experience and is very process-oriented. He is an expert AutoCAD user and acts as a CAD manager for Excelize and with responsibility for establishing and maintaining our CAD standards. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
